We focus our recruitment on young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training, to support them into an apprenticeship and career pathway.
But in order to do this, we need great role models! So we are very interested in people from all walks of life to help train and inspire our trainees and apprentices.

We offer a range of training and work experience programmes to give you the know-how and skills to get yourself a career in the food and hospitality sector. You’ll work towards real qualifications, get some paid work experience and a reference to help you move onto full-time employment, further training or an apprenticeship. We also train young people in horticulture- growing our food including fruits, vegetables and eggs from our hens! If you embark on one of our training schemes, you will also have an opportunity to undertake a 2 week paid work placement in France or Spain! You’ll be working with people who care about your future and want to invest their time and knowledge in helping you to succeed!

We support people of all backgrounds into work and we’re proud to have an excellent track record in supporting young people who my need quite a lot of extra support, such as a young person with a learning disability or a young person who has been released from prison.
